明阳智能7月7日公告，公司近日收到副董事长葛长新提交的书面申请，因个人原因申请辞去公司副董事长等职务。葛长新的辞任将在公司选举产生新的审计委员会成员后生效，辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务。
