美国媒体6日公布了一段拍摄于7月4日的延时摄影视频，记录了洪水涌入美国得克萨斯州金斯兰市拉诺河的过程，可以看到当天河水水位快速上涨，仅半个小时就淹没了河岸以及河边的桥梁和道路。
截至目前，美国德州洪灾已造成至少82人死亡。
