天眼查App显示，近日，四川野马汽车股份有限公司发生工商变更，王德金卸任法定代表人、董事、经理，由李世伟接任，同时多位高管发生变更。该公司成立于2011年1月，注册资本26亿人民币，经营范围包括汽车制造与销售及售后服务、汽车研发、汽车项目投资等，由雷丁汽车集团有限公司、比德文控股集团有限公司共同持股。
值得一提的是，此前，雷丁汽车集团有限公司发生工商变更，王德金卸任法定代表人、执行董事，由李振民接任并担任经理、财务负责人。
