北京商报讯（记者 马换换 王蔓蕾）7月7日，*ST汇科（300561）大幅低开11%。开盘后公司股价震荡走低，盘中跌超14%。截至北京商报记者发稿，公司股价跌幅14.11%，报11.32元/股。
消息面上，7月4日晚间，*ST汇科披露公告称，公司于当日收到证监会下发的《立案告知书》，因公司涉嫌信息披露违法违规，证监会决定对公司立案。
