酷暑来袭，游泳无疑是暑期最受学生欢迎的体育项目。这个双休日，为期两天的2025"五星体育"杯上海市中小学游泳赛，吸引了1892名中小学生报名参与，创下历年之最。不少参赛选手坦言，选择游泳也是为了中考体育考试做准备。专家在接受采访时也表示，游泳是中考体育选项中性价比较高的一项运动。
