7月2日晚，K1373次列车因故障脱轨在金华市境内停车约3小时，过程中车厢内太闷热致乘客不满，有人砸窗通风。有律师告诉记者，砸窗乘客的行为在一定程度上可以被理解为紧急避险，不应受到过于严厉的处罚。
