人民财讯7月4日电，建科院(300675)7月4日晚间公告，公司拟在深圳联交所公开挂牌转让所持湖北建胜工程技术咨询有限公司（简称“湖北建胜”）40%股权。转让完成后，公司不再持有湖北建胜任何股权。
