7月4日，上海医药（601607/02607）发布公告，控股股东上海实业（集团）有限公司通过全资子公司上实国际投资有限公司增持公司H股7400万股，增持比例约占已发行股份总数的1.995%，增持计划已于2025年6月25日实施完毕。
2025年一季度，上海医药实现收入707.63亿元，归母净利润13.33亿元。
