智通财经APP讯，金石亚药(300434.SZ)发布公告，根据公司发展战略和公司全资二级子公司浙江亚克药业有限公司(简称“亚克药业”)的业务发展需要，公司全资一级子公司海南亚洲制药股份有限公司(简称“亚洲制药”)拟以自有资金人民币2亿元向亚克药业增资。本次增资完成后，亚克药业的注册资本由人民币1.5亿元增加至3.5亿元。
