日本工会总联合会（联合）7月3日公布今年春季劳资谈判（春斗）最终统计结果，企业方对工会加薪要求的答复为平均每月增加16356日元（约合人民币810元），涨幅5.25%，较上年扩大0.15个百分点。去年的涨幅是33年来首次跨越5%大关，今年则超过去年。其中，中小企业平均月增12361日元，涨幅4.65%，较上年扩大0.20个百分点。
