酸辣柠檬虾
食材准备:
大虾500克、柠檬1个、洋葱半个、香菜1把、大蒜3瓣、小米辣2个、生抽3勺、白糖1勺、盐适量、凉白开少许。
制作步骤:
1.大虾的头和虾线去掉,剥掉虾壳,不过虾尾得留着,这样做好后造型好看。要是虾比较大,可以在虾背划一刀,方便入味。
2.锅里烧开水,放几片生姜、几段葱段,再倒点料酒,把处理好的大虾放进去。等水再次煮开,再煮个1分钟左右,看到大虾变色熟透,就赶紧捞出来,放进冰水里泡一会儿。
3.趁着煮虾的功夫,把配菜处理好。柠檬切成片,记得把籽去掉,不然会发苦。洋葱切成丝,香菜切段,大蒜切成蒜末,小米辣切碎。
4.拿个小碗,把蒜末、小米辣碎放进去,加入3勺生抽、1勺白糖、适量盐,再把柠檬汁挤进去,最后倒少许凉白开,搅拌均匀,让调料都充分溶解,酸辣可口的酱汁就调好了。
5.泡在冰水里的大虾捞出来,控干水分,放进大碗里。把切好的洋葱丝、柠檬片、香菜段都放进去,再倒入调好的酱汁,戴上一次性手套,把它们抓拌均匀,让每一只大虾都裹满酱汁。然后盖上保鲜膜,放进冰箱冷藏2个小时,让大虾充分吸收酱汁的味道,更入味。时间到,取出来,酸辣开胃的柠檬虾就大功告成啦!

制作步骤:
1.大虾剪掉虾须和虾脚,用牙签在虾背第三节处挑出虾线,清洗干净。黄瓜、胡萝卜洗净,切成小段。木耳提前泡发好,撕成小朵。生姜切片,大葱切段。
