7月3日，合盛硅业（603260）发布公告，控股股东宁波合盛集团有限公司计划参与换购ETF基金份额。
合盛集团拟计划自本公告披露之日起15个交易日后的3个月内将持有的不超过1182万股参与换购ETF份额。
2025年一季度，合盛硅业实现收入52.28亿元，归母净利润2.60亿元。
