人民财讯7月3日电，渝开发(000514)7月3日晚间披露业绩预告，预计2025年上半年实现净利润1.75亿元—2.25亿元，同比扭亏为盈，上年同期亏损3290万元。报告期公司预计净利润实现扭亏为盈，主要系公司转让朗福公司1%股权，丧失控制权，合并层面剩余股权按公允价值重新计量确认投资收益2.4亿元所致。
