7月3日，*ST凯鑫（300899）发布公告，拟聘任中兴华会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）为公司2025年度财务及内部控制审计机构。此次变更会计师事务所的原因是为了更好地适应公司未来业务发展和充分保障年报审计工作安排。公司2024年度的审计意见为标准无保留意见，原聘任的会计师事务所为立信会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）。
2025年一季度，*ST凯鑫实现收入7338万元，归母净利润1858万元。
