智通财经APP讯，合盛硅业(603260.SH)发布公告，为支持ETF市场发展，进一步优化上市公司股权结构，控股股东合盛集团拟计划自公告披露之日起15个交易日后的3个月内将持有的部分公司股份参与换购交易型开放式指数基金份额。合盛集团拟参与换购的股份不超过1182.21万股，即不超过公司总股本的1%。
