7月3日，保利发展（600048）发布公告，公司在2025年6月份的销售情况显示，签约面积为152万平方米，同比减少26.20%；签约金额为290.11亿元，同比减少30.95%。
在2025年1-6月的累计数据中，签约面积为714万平方米，同比减少25.23%；签约金额为1451.71亿元，同比减少16.25%。
公告中提到，由于销售过程中存在各种不确定性，销售数据可能与定期报告披露的数据存在差异，最终数据以公司定期报告为准。
2025年一季度，保利发展实现收入542.72亿元，归母净利润19.51亿元。
