印度尼西亚一艘客轮当地时间今天（7月3日）凌晨在巴厘岛附近的巴厘海峡发生倾覆，船上载有65人，目前已有4人确认遇难，31人获救，仍有30人失踪。据初步报告，事发时，这艘客轮正从东爪哇省的吉打邦港驶往巴厘岛的吉利马努克港，船上有53 名乘客、12名船员和22辆车。中国驻印尼登巴萨总领馆稍早前表示，经初步了解，在印尼沉船事故中没有中国公民。
