7月3日，雪人股份（002639）公告称，公司拟将证券简称由“雪人股份”变更为“雪人集团”，公司英文简称由“Snowman”变更为“Snowman Group”，证券代码及公司全称保持不变。为匹配集团化发展战略，公司决定变更证券简称为“雪人集团”，新简称更精准体现公司控股集团的转型定位，有利于强化品牌形象，本次公司变更的证券简称符合公司业务实质，与公司集团化的发展战略相匹配。
