7月3日消息，据报道，作为“星际之门”（Stargate）计划的一部分，OpenAI已同意向甲骨文数据中心租用大量计算能力。据悉，OpenAI将在美国向甲骨文额外租用总计约4.5吉瓦的数据中心电力容量。为了满足OpenAI的额外需求，甲骨文将与合作伙伴在美国各地开发多个数据中心。
