7月2日晚间，中国恒大在港交所公告，于2025年6月24日，香港法院以书面方式决定并批准撤销转让申请，原定于2025年6月25日上午9时30分召开的撤销转让申请聆讯因而取消。恒大清盘人及CEG Holdings清盘人将根据命令开始执行由公司转让CEG Holdings股份予盛建。股份自2024年1月29日（星期一）上午10时18分起暂停买卖，并将继续停牌，直至另行通知。
