近日，甘肃天水，女子称做取环手术前，医院未经同意擅自将主刀医生临时换成进修生，导致手术出现意外，子宫穿孔住进ICU，鉴定为十级伤残，或丧失生育能力。卫健委：正配合法院做鉴定。
