7月2日，天眼查显示，深圳罗马仕科技有限公司发生工商变更，雷社杏卸任法定代表人、董事、经理，由雷杏容接任。该公司成立于2012年3月，注册资本600万元。
近日，因为充电宝召回问题，罗马仕等企业被推上风口浪尖。
针对法定代表人变更等事宜，罗马仕方面回应《每日经济新闻》记者称，目前公司正在安排整改，先梳理内部，公司全部精力都聚焦产业链自检，为新品做准备。
