6月30日，青岛西海岸新区海洋发展局披露，结合渔港实际，经研究，同意竹岔岛渔港、城口子渔港、大湾渔港、贡口渔4处渔港功能变更后转为渔船停泊点，其现有用海类型、性质及面积不变。属地镇街作为管理主体，参照《青岛西海岸新区依港管船实施办法（试行）》加强监管。
