看鲜花饼好吃吗？教你简单家常做法，轻松品尝美味

准备食材：新鲜玫瑰花、糯米粉、澄面、低筋面粉、糖粉。

第一步，将新鲜的玫瑰花用淡盐水浸泡一会，然后捞出沥干水分。接着把花瓣撕下来，放入锅中，加入冰糖，大火煮开后转小火慢熬，直到汤汁变浓稠即可关火放凉备用。

第二步，将糯米粉、澄面、低筋面粉按比例混合均匀，再倒入放凉的玫瑰酱搅拌均匀。然后分次少量地往面粉里倒温水，边倒边搅拌成絮状，最后揉成光滑的面团醒发半小时备用。

第三步，取一小块醒好的面团搓圆压扁，中间薄边缘厚，放上一勺玫瑰馅料，慢慢收口捏紧，用手掌轻轻按扁。全部做好以后，表面刷一层蛋黄液，撒上白芝麻点缀。

第四步，烤箱预热 190 度，将饼坯送入烤箱中层，上下火烤制 20 分钟左右至表面金黄即可出炉。
