人民财讯7月1日电，7月1日晚间，粤开证券公告，经董事会审议通过，粤开证券完成董事、高管换届。其中，粤开证券控股股东广州开发区控股集团有限公司现任董事长郭川舟，正式出任粤开证券董事长，自2025年6月30日起生效。
崔洪军、雷杰、杨新、朱洪涛、黄浩、莫小鹏等6位高管获续聘。同时，粤开证券还将2020年卸任的原董事会秘书苏锋，重新聘为公司副总裁、董事会秘书。
