仙鹤股份公告称，公司与四川省合江县人民政府签署投资协议，计划投资约110亿元建设竹浆纸用一体化高性能纸基新材料项目。其中，一期投资约55亿元，占地2000亩，建设年产40万吨竹浆和60万吨高性能纸基新材料生产线及相关配套设施。建成达产后，预计年产值约51.5亿元，年税收约4.5亿元，提供就业岗位约2000人。
