财联社7月1日电，重庆港(600279.SH)公告称，国投交通拟自本公告披露之日起十五个交易日后的三个月内，以集中竞价方式减持持有的公司股份不超过11,868,662股，即不超过公司总股本的1%。减持价格根据减持时二级市场价格确定。
