智通财经APP讯，海正药业(600267.SH)发布公告，近日，公司收到国家药品监督管理局(简称“国家药监局”)核准签发的HS387片(5mg、25mg、100mg)的《药物临床试验批准通知书》。
HS387片是一款由公司自主研发的选择性KIF18A抑制剂，拟用于高级别浆液性卵巢癌、非小细胞肺癌等晚期实体瘤治疗。截至目前，国内外有多款KIF18A抑制剂进入临床研发阶段，目前尚无药物上市。
