美国司法部日前已就针对服务器制造商慧与科技收购瞻博网络的反垄断诉讼达成和解。根据和解协议，要求合并后的公司剥离惠普企业的Instant On无线网络业务，并授权瞻博网络的WLAN(无线区域网络)产品中使用的Juniper Mist AI软件的原始码。惠普企业于一年多前公布将以140亿美元收购瞻博网络，以增强其人工智能产品。
