6月30日，新火科技（01611.HK）公告，公司将向5名投资者定向增发合计约1.66亿股新股，每股1.66港元，预计募资总额约为2.75亿港元。受此影响，6月30日新火科技在午后涨幅扩大逾31%，收报3.1港元。本轮定增主要认购方包括Avenir Investment、LINEX Holdings Ltd、TX Capital Holdings Ltd、Night Wood 及 Rosen Holdings Ltd等。其中LINEX认购金额达1.24亿港元，成最大认购方，交易完成后将持有新火科技约10%的股份。
