格隆汇6月30日丨凯撒旅业(000796.SZ)公布，公司近日收到环海湾文旅出具的《股份增持实施情况告知函》，环海湾文旅已通过集中竞价交易方式增持公司17,232,279股，占公司总股本的1.07%，本次权益变动后，环海湾文旅及一致行动人合计持有公司290,252,367股，占公司总股本的18.10%。
