辽宁成大(600739.SH)发布公告，公司接到中国银行间市场交易商协会的《接受注册通知书》(中市协注【2025】CP68号)，交易商协会决定接受公司短期融资券注册。根据《接受注册通知书》，公司本次短期融资券注册金额为人民币30亿元，注册额度自《接受注册通知书》落款之日起2年内有效，由大连银行股份有限公司主承销。公司在注册有效期内可分期发行短期融资券。
