格隆汇6月30日丨香港宽频(01310.HK)发布公告，I Squared Asia已于本公告刊发前不久通知董事会，其与HGC Global Communications Limited不再有意进行可能其他要约收购公司100 %已发行股份。因此，就收购守则而言，有关I Squared Asia可能其他要约的要约期将于本公告日期结束。
