人民财讯6月30日电，金鸿顺(603922)6月30日晚间公告，公司筹划以发行股份及支付现金的方式购买新思考电机有限公司95.79%的股权同时募集配套资金。自筹划上述重大资产重组事项以来，交易各方对交易方案进行了多次协商，但未能就最终方案达成一致。经协商，同意终止此次重大资产重组事项。
