每经6月30日珠海电（记者陈鹏丽）6月30日下午，格力电器（000651.SZ）2024年年度股东大会在公司总部召开。格力电器副总裁方祥建在会上回答关于格力钛的提问时表示，他是自去年9月底开始分管格力钛。格力钛的历史问题确实还是很严重，但这个企业也非常有潜力。他认为格力钛不是格力电器的负担。
