6月30日，据国家金融监督管理总局赣州监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，江西宁都农村商业银行股份有限公司竹笮支行因内部控制管理不到位，被罚款40万元。袁小芳因内部控制管理不到位，被禁止从事银行业工作10年；曾文龙、徐小鹏等责任人员因内部控制管理不到位，被警告并罚款共计14万元。
