近日，有网友发帖称，自己是一名23岁的大学生，但在预约三星堆博物馆门票时，因为年龄“超出最大年龄限制（23岁）”而无法预约购买学生票，对此很不理解。对此，客服回应是为了避免“乱订票”现象。
