希腊总理办公室6月27日宣布，由于涉嫌对欧盟资金管理不当，移民和庇护部长马基斯·沃里季斯以及另外4名曾在或正在农业发展和食品部任职的高级官员已经辞职。
根据欧洲检察官办公室5月提交给希腊司法机构的案件材料，沃里季斯等5人涉嫌于2019年至2021年间通过伪造的文件向不具资格的希腊农户发放欧盟农业补贴款项。沃里季斯曾于2019年至2021年担任农业发展和食品部长。（新华社）
