财联社6月27日电，仕佳光子(688313.SH)公告称，公司正在筹划通过发行股份及支付现金的方式购买东莞福可喜玛通讯科技有限公司控股权，同时拟募集配套资金。公司股票6月30日起停牌。目前交易尚处于筹划阶段，福可喜玛的估值尚未最终确定，预计停牌时间不超过10个交易日。福可喜玛经营范围包括光通信设备制造、机械设备研发等。
