6月27日，世茂集团（00813）发布公告，公司预期境外债务重组计划将不晚于2025年8月29日完成及生效。计划一经生效，本金金额约115亿美元的现有境外债务将获解除及取消，将减轻本集团的整体债务规模及债务压力，从而改善整体财务状况。
截至公告日，公司已有本金金额约93亿元的境内贷款在2025年获得展期，其中最长已展期至2030年。
