6月27日，吉峰科技（300022）发布公告，控股股东四川特驱教育管理有限公司全资子公司五月花拓展办理了300万股质押，占其所持股份的2.63%及公司总股本的0.61%；同时解除质押450万股，占其所持股份的3.95%及公司总股本的0.91%。
截至公告披露日，五月花拓展累计质押股份为4700万股，占其所持股份的41.23%及公司总股本的9.51%。
2025年一季度，吉峰科技实现收入7.04亿元，归母净利润436万元。
