金融界6月27日消息，坤泰股份公告称，为进一步拓展日本市场，公司近日与吉支田（上海）贸易有限公司合资成立山东坤泰吉支田材料科技有限公司，注册资本为人民币 300 万元，其中坤泰股份以货币出资人民币 153 万元，占注册资本的 51%；吉支田以货币出资人民币 147 万元，占注册资本的 49% 。
