【财华社讯】兴胜创建(00896.HK)公布，截至2025年3月31日止年度，录得收入约19.85亿港元，同比增加23.1%；公司拥有人应占综合亏损约为2.95亿港元，2024年同期亏损2.16亿港元。每股亏损27.5港仙。不派息。
期內，净亏损主要由于物业市场下行，导致集团及合营企业持有物业重估净亏损约2.79亿港元，以及利息支出约5120万元所致。
