格隆汇6月26日｜两个荷兰消费者组织准备对Booking提出法律诉讼，指控后者自2013年来一直抬高酒店价格，涉嫌违反竞争法及消费者法，导致荷兰消费者损失数以亿计欧元。欧盟最高法院于去年裁定，Booking限制其网站或竞争对手网站上提供较低价格的酒店是不必要做法，有可能会减少市场竞争，但根据欧盟法律，此类条款并不构成反竞争行为。
