智通财经APP获悉，香港差饷物业估价署数据显示，今年5月全港私人住宅楼价指数报286.6，较4月所报286.5点，环比微升0.03%，连升两个月，同比则跌6.2%;今年累跌0.9%。
另外，5月份租金指数为195.2，环比升0.67%，连升6个月;同比升2.7%;今年首5月累升1.4%。
