人民财讯6月25日电，莲花控股(600186)6月25日晚间公告，公司控股孙公司浙江莲花紫星智算科技有限公司（简称“莲花紫星”）拟与深圳市捷易科技有限公司（简称“捷易科技”）签订服务器销售合同，莲花紫星向捷易科技出售4台智算服务器，合同金额为420万元（含税）。
