博实股份6月25日公告，公司与荣盛石化签署智能制造装备销售合同，合同金额为1.16亿元。合同标的为橡胶后处理成套装备、切胶溶胶系统（含嵌入式软件），预计交货日期为2026年2月28日。该合同不含税金额为1.03亿元，占公司2024年度营业收入的3.59%。预计对公司2027年度或2028年度业绩有积极影响。
