据国务院国资委6月23日发布消息，经研究，聘任鲁国庆为中国电子科技集团有限公司外部董事。
此前，鲁国庆任中国信息通信科技集团有限公司党委书记、董事长、董事职务，2025年3月28日国务院国资委发布消息，鲁国庆不再担任上述职务退休。
