6月24日，岩山科技（002195）发布公告，计划通过集中竞价交易方式回购部分社会公众股份，回购资金总额不低于4000万元且不超过6000万元，回购价格不超过8.28元/股，预计可回购约483万股至725万股，占公司总股本的0.085%至0.1275%。
2025年一季度，岩山科技实现收入1.65亿元，归母净利润3156万元。
