格隆汇6月24日丨创业慧康(300451.SZ)公布，公司于2025年6月24日召开了第八届董事会第十六次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任公司财务总监的议案》。同意聘任郑奇先生为公司财务总监，自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第八届董事会任期届满之日止。胡燕女士将不再代行公司财务总监职责，仍继续担任公司董事会秘书。
